Order
- When we receive your order form before 4 pm, F & G Food customer service representative will confirm your order and shipping details.
- Upon successful receipt of the payment generated by the system, F & G Food will not accept any cancellation of the order.
- Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s)
Transport
- For an order of $80.00 above, a delivery fee of $5.00 will be waived.
- Delivery service is only available in Singapore.
- The order will be delivered within 3 working days to the given address. Unless otherwise stated. F & G Food will not accept advance orders.
- In the event that nobody is at the stated address, F & G delivery man will leave a notice and inform the customer of the need to arrange another delivery time. If additional delivery arrangements are required, customers must pay an additional $5.00 delivery charge.
