The order will be delivered within 3 working days to the given address. Unless otherwise stated. F & G Food will not accept advance orders.

Upon successful receipt of payment generated by the system, F & G Food will not accept any cancellation of the order.

  • Please contact F & G Food hotline at 67541857, our customer service representative will arrange accordingly.
  • Kindly ensure all details are correct before processing your order.
  • In the event that nobody is at the stated address, F & G delivery man will leave a notice and inform the need to arrange another delivery time. If additional delivery arrangements are required, customers must pay an additional $5.00 delivery charge.

Unfortunately, we only provide standard delivery for all orders which usually takes within 3 working days of your order being despatched.

  • For order of $49.00 above, delivery fee of $5.00 will be waived.
  • For order below $49.00, delivery fee of $5.00 will be charged.
  • Delivery service is only available in Singapore.

Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s)

When we receive your order form before 4 pm, F & G Food customer service representative will confirm your order and shipping details.

  • You will need to register an account and log in in order to get the voucher.
  • 1 user can only get one voucher.
