Storage instructions: Keep Frozen Below -18°C. Store in the freezer. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Directions for use: 1. Thaw the pork knuckle completely and remove the packaging.
2. Then wrap it with aluminium foil and put it in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes.
