Storage instructions: Store frozen at −18°C. Never refreeze after defrosting.
Directions for use: Baking: Preheat oven to 200°C. Spread the frozen wedges in a single layer on a preheated tray. Bake for 16–20 minutes until golden, turning occasionally.
Frying: Preheat 1cm of oil in a frying pan. Add the required amount of frozen wedges and fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
